Using Matchway

Discovery and coordination
Matchway helps you discover providers, organize goals, send requests and coordinate appointments. Review suggested tasks and provider information for accuracy. A match, listing, estimate discussion or suggested time is not a guarantee of price, availability, suitability or service quality.
Your account and content
Provide accurate information, use an account you are authorized to use, and upload only content you have permission to share. Do not impersonate a business, harass others, submit fraudulent listings, or upload unlawful or sexually explicit material. You authorize Matchway to store and display your content as needed for the features you choose, including public business posts.
Provider arrangements
Confirm service scope, credentials, insurance, pricing, cancellation terms and payment arrangements directly with the provider. Payments and refunds arranged outside Matchway remain between you and that provider. Cancelling a plan step or blocking messages does not cancel a provider booking or contract. Use the conversation’s cancellation action and contact the provider about any separate agreement.
Business listings
Businesses must have authority to submit their information and maintain accurate services, coverage and credentials. Listings go through review before activation. Listing approval is not an endorsement or a guarantee of leads. Any paid listing arrangement must disclose its price and applicable billing terms before you agree to it.
Professional services
Doc Match offers provider discovery and appointment requests, not diagnosis or medical treatment. Money and Legal categories help you find resources and professionals; Matchway does not act as your financial adviser or attorney. Do not use Matchway for emergencies.
Reports and account requests
Report inappropriate listings or conduct through Support. The team may review or restrict content and access where needed to address misuse. You can request account deletion through the same support flow.
